Terms of use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms apply to your use of brandonquinnbooks.com (the “site”), run by Brandon Quinn. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
The site’s content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, puzzles, images and other material on this site are © Brandon Quinn. You may read, print and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Short quotations with credit and a link back are welcome. Please ask before republishing anything else.
Book covers, logos and trademarks of others belong to their owners. Hexakai and the names of other games on this site are used by Brandon Quinn for his own products.
Games and apps
Games such as Hexakai, Hyperkai and Blindfold Chess run on their own websites and apps, which have their own terms and privacy policies. Those terms, not these, apply when you use them; for example, see Hexakai’s terms (opens in a new tab).
Links and affiliate links
The site links to other websites, which I don’t control and am not responsible for. Some links to Amazon are affiliate links: as an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Book recommendations are my own opinions, whether or not a link is an affiliate link.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping that disrupts it, and no use of the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided “as is”, for general information and entertainment. Articles on topics such as reasoning, politics or technology are opinion and are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. I try to keep things accurate and available but can’t promise that the site will always be correct, complete or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its “Last updated” date.
